One morning in my quiet time I had a vision and I wanted to share it, so I painted it with pastels!
In the vision, the Lord kept putting a pen in my hand, and I would drop it, or throw it on the ground.
Then I realized I was acting like a child, and it was because I was afraid.
So…the Lord said, “Let me help you,” and He took the pen, put it in my hand and then wrapped His gentle hand around mine…
…and we began to write together.
The word “Love” did not come to me until after I started drawing the image.
The colors are symbolic. The pink is the passion. The white page is the purity of what we will write together. The blue represents heavenly revelation. And the tip of the pen is gold because it will be released to me in His Glory. I believe the word “love” is what I will write about.
I have been having a hard time writing, even though He has been asking me to.
But He knows how to motivate me better than anyone. After I painted the picture, I wanted to get a scripture to go with it, so I looked and found this one. It was so perfect. But of course it was!
For I am the LORD, your God, who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you.
Isaiah 41:13 NIV
I pray it blesses you too!
