Painting My Hands with His Glory
One day I was with the Lord worshiping Him, and I saw a vision. In the vision, my hands were outstretched in front of me and I was on my knees. I saw the Lord take a large paint brush and begin painting my hands with it. I asked Him what He was doing and He said, "I am painting your hands with Love and Grace for My purposes, in you".
I held my hands up to my face in the natural, and asked Him if I could see the colors, He said "it doesn't matter, I have painted them with My Glory." As He was doing this, my hands got very warm and stayed that way for several days. Even now, sometimes when I paint the heat will come back and I remember.
I pray that all that I paint will release His Love and Glorify His Name!

So come on, let's leave the preschool fingerpainting exercises on Christ and get on with the grandwork of art. Grow up in Christ. The basic foundational truths are in place: turning your back on "salvation by self-help" and turning in trust toward God; baptismal instructions; laying on of hands; resurrection of the dead; eternal judgment. God helping us, we'll stay true to all that. But there's so much more. Let's get on with it!
