Testimony
The painting is not of a vision, but more of something I experienced. I was going through a horrible storm in the Spirit. It was such a battle; I could not sleep for 3 nights.
The last night I was crying out to God...asking Him what I could do...and I heard a song by Jonathan David Helser, "I Will Not be Silent". It was so loud in my Spirit...I put it on and danced through my whole house. It was warfare...and it brought me peace.
There are times you will go through storms. It is hard to see in the rain...or in the darkness, when the clouds are thick, and the sun is hidden...but you must fight back and do what is best...seek God and worship Him with all your heart...especially when you are hurting.
Sometimes you will be so tormented by something so much you will have nightmares about it, you will wake up crying...and hurting deeply. Because it is just so unjust, or wrong and overwhelming.
You won't know how to fix this thing...
but just KNOW...that no matter what...Our GOD knows everything. So run to Him...I let him have all your emotions, worship Him...and then pray for those who have hurt you. Because you can't handle it when it hurts too much!!!
People want to be anointed and to be able to hear God's voice, to carry Him and be like Him...then it begins here. In the storms of life.
What will you do...lay down in the mud, and cry...
or will you get up and DANCE?
Dance until the storm breaks and the rainbow appears again!
Black and White dreams are for intercession, so when I saw this photo, I wanted to paint it, it really conveyed what I had been through, and how I felt!
